You can begin your Concierge IV Infusion journey by downloading the Personal Wellness Profile Form and bringing it your appointment.
Please be aware that we will need recent labwork in order for you to receive your infusion; this can be done quickly through a drop-in visit to our clinic at least 48 hours prior to your infusion appt. or you can bring/fax/email your own results from a recent appt (labwork done within 3-6 months is ideal.) If you are a current patient with Dr. Mizell then we most likely already have your labs completed.

What is the cost? Are infusions covered by insurance?
We have a wide variety of IV Infusion options available for our patients. Our IV Infusion prices range from $125 - $275+ depending on the particular infusion and any add-ons you wish to receive. We also have discounted packages available for repeat infusion appointments. While some infusions may be covered by insurance, most are self-pay at the time of service.
How long do the treatments take?
Most infusion sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, though some will take up to 90 minutes. During this time, you can relax in our comfortable setting, catch up on reading, or simply enjoy a moment of quiet rejuvenation. Our infusion rooms are private, so you can come by yourself or bring a friend or family member to sit with you if you wish.
What can I expect afterward?
Most patients feel energized and hydrated immediately after their treatment. Since there is no downtime required, you can return to your workplace or resume daily activities right away. We will have pre- and post-infusion information available for you at your appointment.
